Depends when you ovulate! It’s not about when you have sex but when you ovulate and when you have sex around those fertile days For me I ovulate anything between day 18-24 so day 6 of my cycle for example would be very safe

@Shannon I was even on birth control. But it was the patch, so I didn't wear it during my period. Now I've got a 12 day old 😂

@Em I can come off yesterday which when it happened and my ovulation days are between the 8-17th and the most fertile day is the 14 , so do you think I could be safe x

You’re ovulation days are between the 8-17 is that day 8 after period or cycle day where you’d count the cycle start from period day 1 where you could ovulate right after? Because if that’s the case then yes it’s very likely

I did. I ovulated early that time and got pregnant. Lol. I got a UTI and went to the doctor and they asked, “could you be pregnant?” And I said, “no way!” And she’s like, “when was the last time you had sex?” And I said, “literally the day after my period ended. There’s no way I’m pregnant”……. WELL, the doc must’ve encouraged my body to PROVE ME WRONG because I got pregnant from sex the day after my period. 🤣

It all has to do with your ovulation which can be before during or after your period. Ovulation is not always in the middle of the month and can change throughout time.

You can get pregnant on your period and while your pregnant so if you don’t want no more wrap up til you’re ready

Sperm can survive for 5 days in the body after sex

It's unlikely but possible. Sperm can survive up to 7 days but start to die out after 3 days. So in theory if you ovulated within 7 days of ending your period it's possible. It's very unlikely though so that would have to be one determined baby.
