It’s hard to say what’ll work best with your body. I absolutely loved the nuvaring compared to the other ones I tried, buttttt it failing for me is also the reason I’m on this app now so 😅 I still recommend it in general though. You leave it in for three weeks, take it out for a week to have a period, and put a new one in. I didn’t have any side effects whereas some of the other ones were brutal. Good luck!

U only have a cycle every three months

I would try one of the pills out and you can switch if it’s giving you side effects like acne. For me, the pill used to clear my skin up and make my boobs one size larger, but it’s different for every woman. I think it made my emotions way less stable though. Like I would get very bad depression during my periods.

I was on monthly birth control. So I’d have monthly periods.
