Bullies call me trans

Jesus Christ this is beyond fucked up. Have you brought it up to management/HR?

They are sneaky and probably friends with people in HR. I don't have evidence but despite all this, I have informally spoken to HR.

Can you get another job? Your mental peace is more important.

I'm a tall, large woman and people been doing this shit all my life. I typically say "suck my dick". Let em work that out on their own. Lean into it because it's none of their business either way.

Find a new job and let HR know at your exit interview.

Even if you were trans, why does that help someone else get a promotion??? That makes no sense at all. This sounds like a terrible place to work. I would start looking for something new ASAP. these people sound truly insufferable. I’m sorry you are dealing with this

@Carly if you bear with me, in prisons violence is used as as a resource to get you respect and position people into the haves and have nots. Similarly, humiliating me is a way of edging me out and in so doing getting ahead. If that makes sense!

Makes sense but definitely does mean it justifies any of their behavior! It’s totally unfair that the work environment you are in allows them to get away with that. 😕
