Quick freezer food ready meals

Hi mamas Please give some ideas for shop bought freezer food. My LO is 10months old. Am really struggling with cooking fresh food & all the prepping. I am sure you all going through the same. Please dont judge 😪 I love to cook for him but at times it just gets too much so would love to know your ideas.

Don’t stress ❤️ I usually batch cook 2 lots of meals at once get about 12 portions into the freezer as I just can’t be bothered with cooking fresh all the time. I do veg (a mixture of 5 of the following potato leek pepper mushroom courgette peas sweet potato spinach etc) fry it off then add either chicken to one lot and fish to the other sometimes beef. Then add rice or lentils top with water and cook until soft I usually add a splash of oat milk and then blitz to the consistency I want. But don’t get me wrong we also used the Ella’s kitchen pouches or the kids Heinz jars/dishes too (we have CMPA so options weren’t huge but someone’s convenience is needed especially if been out and need a quick meal or if going out etc) xx

Sorry I’ve no idea about freezer foods for babies but This is a quick meal prep and can go in freezer. Boil Chopped sweet potatoes and broccoli then mash once boiled add some cheese (fats) lentils/chickpeas (protein) and mix with some smoked paprika. Hope this helps x

I honestly got myself in such a state with cooking! It can be simple. Fish fingers, mash, and peas for example! Or a chicken curry, pasta with sauce you made and froze previously, fish pieces, chicken, frozen fruit and veg, Yorkshire puddings... they can eat everything that we eat, especially when he's turned 1! We usually have at least 2 or 3 quick nights per week that consist of one of the above xx
