Solids - FTM

Hoping for some reassurance as I find myself today, for some random reason, panicking about my baby not eating enough when she's on solids only. While I've offered some finger foods here and there, her main source of solids has been pureed. When I offer her finger foods (ex. cubed chicken, sliced banana, and noodles) I feel like she has maybe three pieces of the chicken, two noodles and a couple banana slices. I haven't stressed much, because I'll usually offer her formula a little while after her meal so I know she's getting adequate nutrients but like I said, I'm just now realizing I have about a month left of leaning on formula. I'm sure I'm overreacting, but it's so hard not to when you're worried your baby won't eat enough.

ask your pediatrician about toddler milk powders.. kendamil has one!

Same!! She is still very dependent and gets most calories from formula. But, we all eat. They will get there!!!

I have the same worry as my baby is 10 months and doesn’t seem like she enjoys solids nor eats enough. Everyone says your baby will cue you on when they are full but I know my daughter isn’t full after just a few bites of food
