Intense pressure
today i have felt intense pressure down below i can barely walk, can this mean baby is engaged? it’s so sore!! anything i can do to help this? x

Yes! It's pressure and baby on your bladder and like you say engaging x
I'm feeling the exact same and lots of severe back pain/period type pains been so debilitating
I'm 34 weeks and had the same intense pressure for the last 3-4 weeks, it's getting worse day by day! I told my midwife at my 31 week appointment and she just said its a normal side effect of pregnancy. Going to mention it again at my next appointment on Tuesday.. If you find anything to help, please let me know, cos Im yet to find anything. Sorry I know my comments not been very helpful xxx
Yes 😢 33weeks & feeling so much pressure especially on my bladder feel like I am peeing every 2 minutes! Xx
