Tooth crumbled when ate a sandwich!

Omg I completely forgot about sensitive teeth in pregnancy! When I was pregnant with my first I remember my tooth crumbled and I went dentist & they sorted it. Completely forgot about it though & just now as I’ve ate a SOFT sandwich it made my back tooth crumble off on the side! I’m 5weeks +5 ….. has anyone else experienced this? I didn’t experience it this early in my last pregnancy. & been on google (cos I’m on there for everything at the min🤣) and it says it happens due to high levels of progesterone and estrogen ? No wonder dentist is free for us during pregnancy……

Oh God this is my worst nightmare but atleast it was a back one!! Ive heard of people's teeth getting really loose and all sorts. Made me so paranoid

Mine have become incredibly sensitive to temperature! I’ve been warming my cereals in the morning because the cold milk hurts😫xx

Dentist is free during pregnancy? I thought only doctors prescriptions

@Kay I know thank God it was back one🙈!! Gonna ring dentist and get it sorted asap. It’s just crazy all the different things pregnancy and hormones can do to you!!!!

@Tanya yeah! Not sure if absolutely everything under the dentist is free or not, I’ve only really needed fillers and that was free. I also had a professional clean as well and can’t remember if I ended up paying for that or not… Whilst being pregnant it’s a good opportunity to get checked at dentist even if your not having any symptoms of needing a check up, just in case ❤️
