Gel & utrogestan

Hello.. So I have this, and it's confusing at first.. The gel is used all the time, but on day 15 of taking the gel, you start the pills and take before bed.. you yake the pills till day 26 then recount after dat 28.. I hope this helps.. so pills and gel together between days 15 and 26.x

Hello 😊 if you find it's tricky remembering the sequence, lots of prescribers now just say two weeks on,then two weeks off and alternate like that. Obviously, check with your own prescriber before changing anything, but it's very common to do the two weeks on/off thing now 😊 Applying gel to inner thighs is advised, particularly if you're using more than two pumps a day to give more absorption area. Upper outer arms is fine too, but take extra care not to get any on your breasts - for this reason, we usually advise our M-brace The Change members to apply to thighs 🙂🩷

So I do 4 pumps on the outer arm and inner thigh on both sides x
