What vitamins do you provide for your toddler?

I’m worried my toddler isn’t getting enough nutrients and won’t grow tall, she has become fussy eater. Used to eat anything, can’t even force her as I don’t want to associate bad relationship with the food. What sorts of vitamins do you provide to your child? Please, how do I increase her intake.

We use Abidec multivitamins

We used to use the free sure start ones but then upgraded to a better quality one and have seen a massive difference. We use biocare children's complete multinutrient. Just mix it in with a yoghurt daily x

@Katrina how is that multivitamin? Do u see its effects

Yeah that's the one x

I can't say that it's because of the multivit but my son very rarely gets poorly. He just gets the occasional cold but they are only a cough and runny nose, nothing awful. Never had to take him to the doctor for anything (other than vaccines, check ups). I also breastfed and still do so it could be a combination, or he's just lucky!

We use mighty kids multivitamins and their magnesium as they are liposomal which is maximum absorption(LG hasn't been ill since using, they do extra vit c which is absolutely amazing, colds gone literally in 1-2 days, for adults also)also using Optibac(probiotic) and daily seamoss. LG used to eat everything but it stopped and is a bit fussy now so want to make sure she gets all the important minerals and vitamins.

I use ‘Better You: Multivitamin Spray’

We use the chewy haliborange extra iron and calcium because my son refuses meat and milk so apart from a bit of cheese he barely gets any of these and it really worries me. We're still under the health visitor for other things and she suggested these, his weight and growth have remained steady and hasn't been ill all year (since we started them) but like others have said that may be other factors. He loves to take it as he thinks it's a sweetie!
