My last kid did this and it was super noticeable. This pregnancy it hasn't happened yet but when we did our 22 week scan he was like balled up but also spread out .. and moved non stop for 45+ minutes. They just find a comfy spot and stick in it as long as possible. It will switch up sometimes too.
