Nursery

Hi everyone. I just wondered if anyone had any opinions of the local nurseries in Witham? We've looked at Holly Trees & Pelican and I have info on that new Step Start opening soon but honestly it's all very new and I have no idea what I should be looking out for and where are considered good. We'd be looking at sending a 9 month old to one next year, maybe 2-3 days a week. I guess parents opinions/experiences are the best way to get an idea? Thanks x

My son has been at pelican place since he was 9 months old, going twice a week, so just over a year and a half. He absolutely loves it. The staff are all lovely and it's so reassuring when I drop him off in the mornings. They have recently had an ofsted inspection and received an outstanding result.

We’ve just started at pelican place this month with our nearly 2 year old and they have been very good so far! My daughter went from crying and clinging to me to asking to go to nursery because of the “nice ladies” and “nice boys and girls” within a fortnight.

My daughter started at Pelican Place at the start of September and she absolutely loves it. She looks forward to going and the staff couldn’t be nicer xx
