Perineal Massage
Hi, what’s everyone been using for perineal massages? I’ve seen the expert midwife stuff but read you can use other oils aswell. Thank you!

Almond oil does the trick, much cheaper too!
I used coconut oil or olive oil with my first. Haven't bothered this time 🙈🤪 x
