Waiting for a call back from out of hours but just wondering if anyone has any advice or been through this before… lb has been done all day and is fine in himself but changing his nappy just and noticed his willy is swollen and after squeezing is puss has come out of it. He’s has wet nappies all day and like I say he is fine in himself. Any advice ladies?

Yes, my boy had the same symptoms and we went to the doctor within 12hrs he was diagnosed with Balanitis and prescribed antibiotics. It cleared up really quick with the meds and has had no repeat infections
