That sounds like protein, grains, fruit and healthy fat! ♥️

The placenta is good at getting nutrients from mum to keep baby healthy! You’d have to really be calorie restricting or not eating well at all to have an effect on baby. You’re doing well! Are you planning to see doctor to see if there’s anything that might help regarding your appetite?

Pregnancy and eating is tough !! Listen some women have a hard condition and throw up the entire pregnancy and babies are still perfectly well ! So you are not that bad 😊 maybe take some vitamins supplements if that can helps you to feel better for baby 🥰 You are doing well, don’t worry about that, the placenta takes all he needs for the baby. The only person that can suffer from that would be yourself, but you will be able to eat again normally soon you’re gonna be okey ❤️ take care and be proud of yourself you are doing your best you are amazing! Also, maybe if you can, try to eat other diverse food that don’t smell ? For myself for a big moment of pregnancy I could only bear yogurts 🤔 but hormones and food during pregnancy are really crazy, just eat what’s you crave at least it will be a little something 💜

I feel you, happens me the same, now in my 19 weeks my baby start to Accept more food

Actually sounds like you’re getting a variety in so don’t be hard on yourself! I’m finding apples and bananas easy as well, but also having my fair share of toast and biscuits!!

My first trimester consisted entirely of fish fingers, chips and beans. I ate nothing else as I just could not stomach it. I felt awful with nausea and sickness and could barely drink water without wanting to be sick. The dr said to me that the reason I felt so awful was the placenta was taking EVERYTHING it needed from me and that I shouldn’t be too worried, eating something was better than nothing if that is all you can get down you 🤍 you’ll get through it mumma

Don’t be hard on yourself, eating something is better than nothing!

Try to also eat smaller meals more frequently I have found this to be super helpful for myself

Like someone else said, eating is rough in pregnancy. I had pregnancies where I was sick and had no appetite, pregnancies where I was so hungry but most foods just sounded gross. I ate what sounded good and didn't make me feel sick. All 6 of my babies turned out healthy

I told the midwife at about 7 weeks I was purely surviving on rich tea and ginger nut biscuits and she said 'whatever it takes to eat something' so I wouldn't worry! Sounds like a good amount of protein and good fats which is perfect.

My first 19/20 weeks I lived on salt and vinegar crisp, fabs and mini chocolate cakes. Your baby is very good at getting exactly what it needs and leaving you with nothing

I only ate bread and coke in the first 3 months. My baby is now 3 months old and he’s fine and healthy:) try not to worry

From someone that had HG all the way through my pregnancy and really struggled eating the whole time being pregnant don’t worry about what your eating if your keeping it down don’t worry about it your baby is taking everything they need from you and trust me there was only a time where I could only eat cut up apples and sugar in a bowl then started to throw that up so then could only eat eggs on toast so just eat what you can oh and potato waffles x

As long as your eating something that’s all that matters!
