25 months using the oh crap method. He started refusing to wear nappies so we had no choice.
15 months with my first and just now at 12 months with my second, I went with the Montessori potty training method which recommends starting during the sensitive period ages 12-18 months.
2y3m. Day in a week and nights a week later. My daughters trained earlier, about 18m and 2yrs.
