Matilda Posy would also be pretty - the name Pauline means "small" and a posy is a small bunch of flowers, plus it still begins with a P! the association is a bit more of a stretch, but the Italian form of Pauline is Paolina - and Paula is Paola - so the first four letters can be rearranged into Opal - Matilda Opal would be beautiful! 💕
