Family bathrooms, where are they?

Why is it so hard to find a bathroom big enough to take the pram in when out solo with baby? Everywhere I go the baby change room has no toilet and the disabled toilet requires a key of some kind and the average toilet cubicle is obviously too small. Again today I had to put the pram next to the door and leave the door open so I could have a wee! (see photo, not of me weeing don’t worry 😂) Thankfully the very last cubicle was free so no one had to walk past while I was in there. Is it not time family bathrooms became a thing, a bathroom with a toilet and baby change all in one? Gloucester services on the M5 have them and it’s one of my favourite places to stop when travelling solo because it’s so much easier, even has a little secure seat to strap your older baby/toddler in if you don’t have the pram/a car seat with you! Maybe it’s just where I live this is a problem, let me know if you’re lucky enough to have good pram friendly toilets where you are so I can visit 😂😂

M and s have baby changing with a toilet and I can easily fit my bugaboo donkey in there, may only be if they have a cafe on them though

And baby changes in men's as well as woman's because we are all parents!

@Kelly-Lou yes to this for some reason our local pub decided to take the baby changing out of the disabled toilet and just put it in the female toilets!

That's infuriating!!!
