Bleeding
So I went on the pill about 2 months after my baby. I'm 5 months postpartum. I've not had a period and never did on the pill. Today I bled and thought it was the start of my period which I thought to be strange from previous experience but I put it down to having a baby and my body changing.
Turns out I just bled the once, what could this be?

Estrogen only, I'm happy they are non existent but panic a bit when they are weird haha
Totally normal to panic. I see loads of posts about periods and getting them back and stuff and I'm like I don't get them at the moment but also like I could get one any second 😅🤣

What pill are you on? If you've got the combined pill might be worth speaking to the Dr. If it's estrogen only then it's normal for periods to be weird. By weird I mean none existent or unpredictable. I've bled for 1 week total since taking the estrogen only pill. Now 5 months pp. I've previously been on the combined and had BP issues and with BP issues during my pregnancy I couldn't be bothered to deal with that again
