It's hard for me. Lol

I feel this!!

Completely understand

I get where you're coming from. I wish I could call people more often but my daughter needs almost constant attention so the only time I can actually talk to people is if it's in person lol

So even speaking as someone on the spectrum.... People don't get to know each other in person anymore either?? And then people wonder why they're miserable. If I'm trying to talk to someone for adulting purposes, then I want text or email and yet they all refuse to do anything but phone calls. Ableist. On the other hand, if I want to build or maintain a personal connection with someone I want to call you or see you. Duh! And yet nobody wants to do that?? Madness. EVERYTHING. IS. BACKWARDS.

Me !!! I feel the same way! Crazy how life has changed!

That's a good question. I literally just posted a question about connections. I'm curious what others even look for in connecting with others https://www.peanut-app.io/share/UIiRy6C8eNb

I honestly agree, I would like to have a friend that can just hang out on the phone with me, like i do mainly with my mom, without the need of talking non stop about deep stuff, just hang out while cooking on the phone whatever. ... and the main reason I feel uncomfortable on the phone, is that I have kids in the background asking me stuff every 5 minutes, and I feel bad for the person on the line. Simple.

I talk on the phone:)

Honestly I feel like this too but it has to be people who also dont get uncomfortable moments of silence, cause silence doesn’t have to be awkward and we don’t need to be always thinking of something to say, that helps me feel comfortable enough to let the conversation flow naturally. I feel like most people aren’t like this

I’m more of a txt person than be otp kinda person
