Stressing about snacks and juice

So I've been worried about the damage i might be causing my daughter's teeth. I don't really limit snacks because she's always been a grazer and i give her fruit juice once a day because she isn't great with drinking water. But all advice surrounding teeth is to limit snacks to certain times and only offer fruit juice occasionally with a meal. Anyone else worrying about this? I brush her teeth twice a day but I'm still worried.

My little girl doesn't drink juice but she is a snacker and grazer and literally every toddler I know is exactly the same so I really wouldn't worry!! Your brushing twice a day so doing amazing!!

I honestly wouldn’t worry! I don’t give juice, but she’s a snacker and so is my eldest and I’ve never had problems with his teeth ☺️

Same as above, she has had juice on occasion extremely watered down but not the norm and my daughter loves a snack. Constantly! I think at this age it’s completely normal. You’re brushing twice a day so don’t overthink it

We don’t do juice and will avoid for as long as possible. Luckily he loves water. You are brushing twice a day and I assume taking them to the dentist every 6 mths. As long as they are not eating crap all the time it’s ok. It’s the juice it’s horrendous for them. Try and rein that in.

I didn’t even know you were supposed to limit snacks 🤣. My child has snacks all day but he’s not big on eating meals so I don’t mind
