Depends what sort of party it is. I’ve only done per venue so far so it hasn’t mattered or someone’s messaged a couple of days before but because it’s a maximum number and not everyone said yes then it was fine. Generally you know within the first week. Maybe if it’s a close friend I’ll chase directly.

@Karen It's at a indoor kid play place. It would just be nice if people let me know.

I make a Facebook event for my son’s birthdays. I sent invites out 1-2 months in advance and as it gets closer, I asked everyone to please state how many people are attending (including kids) as I do party favors for the kiddos.

@s a r a 🥀 We gave out invites 1 1/2 weeks ago at school. I do not know 4 of the girls last names or moms to even look them up.

From my experience people never reply to say they can’t come anymore. I’d assume it’s highly unlikely they are not going. Ive had someone message on the day before and the day after!

@Karen Day after? Goodness. I just feel bad only 1 has rsvpd. 10 kids(3 are mine)

Awww this is my worst fear! I’d hang around at pick-up and see if I can catch them, if not then I’d swap the party for something else..

@Danielle We paid a lot for the 10 girls.

I always set RSVP deadlines, and then remind people if I haven't heard back by then.

@Jenna yup. I posted on the 3rd grade Facebook. Nothing in response. Ill just hope they show but try not to be disappointed if they don't and just enjoy the 2 that are coming.

Oh no! That's awful.

Well here we go. I sure hope we have 10 kiddos but it's looking like 5 and 3 of the 5 are mine and 1 is oldest bff.
