My husband and I spiced up our sex life by him taking me to lovers (a sex store) and basically letting him play build a bear with all the costumes while I found some toys I wanted to try out with him. It was a fun experience for both of us with lots of giggles and “look at this 🫢”

I say make space for connection. We have a toddler and he very much get in the way of intimacy. We started making time to connect more once a week at home. We play games (sex games mainly), movie nights, and whatever comes to mind. We get wine and drink and play. It gets us talking and laughing outside of the kids. And we always have some good sex. Get spontaneous. Put them kids to bed and have sex in the backyard (if enclosed lol)
