Mine was with a consultant midwife at arrowe who wasn’t involved in any of the birth. She was extremely helpful and very empathetic. It was emotional but I felt better for going through it. 💗

@Jess ahh no problem, I’ll have a google and see if there’s any info. My little one is 8 weeks now but his birth was extremely traumatic x
