Birth Debrief session
Has anyone had a birth debrief session.
At my 6 weeks appointment, I requested for a debrief session and the doctor mentioned they have referred me to the hospital where I gave birth. But I have not yet received any appointment confirmation or any contact from the hospital. Does anyone have an idea how can I follow up on this.
Should I check with the hospital or my gp.

I had a debrief after I had my daughter. It was the best thing I ever did. I had quite bad PTSD after birth and really it helped to understand why things happened in the way they did. X
I got it when my baby turned 12 weeks
