Today is my birthday.

Truthfully wishing I could do something fun w my girls for my birthday but life is kicking my butt BIG time and the funds just aren't funding. Being a single mama to 7 girls, and on your birthday too is absolutely beyond hard. (VERY rewarding, yes) but I can still be sad that I haven't had a birthday cake since I was roughly 10.

If you can muster up the energy grab a boxed mix from Walmart and bake a cake or cupcakes with them you can get the mix and a frosting for under $5… I bet they’ll be very happy to do something for you.

Happy birthday! I know the feeling all to well! Mine was on the 10th and the only thing that happened was i got my free Starbucks drink because my husband ruined it immensely because of a fight. Throw on some music you love and jam out with your girls!

Happy Birthday! Mine is tomorrow and I'm feeling a bit sad about it as I have nothing planned. But I've just been on a lovely walk with my daughter before bedtime and I was telling her it was my birthday tomorrow (she's not even 2 but was making obligatory ooo noises) and that was a sweet moment to share.
