Wet weather inspiration to fill days!

This weather!!! 😭 Please share what you do with your kids in this weather, I have a 16mo Don’t drive to have to rely on public transport or walking. Based in west London I find this time of year hard at the best of times so with a little to entertain all days feels tough! Plus sleep deprived as she still doesn’t sleep! 😮‍💨

soft play! our new favourite is millie & masie in clapham

We have a drawing floor mat that you draw on with a pen with water, magic colours and it dries and resets. Just from crayola for indoor mess free colouring. I sometimes let her bake with me, just mixing her own messy bowl. What about some sensory play? Use a bit of food dye to colour rice and let it dry. Then you’ve got safe play bases for dinosaurs/farm/cars etc.

There’s a soft play called snakes and ladders near Brentford if that’s near you in W London

Look at your local better gym they do a soft play session 45 mins, my location is free. You book online before you go.

Puddle suit and wellies. We go looking for puddles!

I got to all the stay and plays, just got back from one and she knackered and ready for naptime.
