What should I do for my 3 month old on Christmas? I don’t want to do nothing but can’t afford to go all out for something he can’t really comprehend

My family is just getting her gifts that can be used before her first year. So, we are getting her a tummy time mat that detaches from a walker and spoons and bowls for feeding.
I would just make a “my first Christmas” ornament, watch a Christmas cartoon like Rudolph, and take some Pinterest type pictures of baby in front of the tree. There’s just not a lot to do for a 3 month old 😂😂
Maybe get some books for him? Like baby ones or touchy feely ones for when he’s a bit older. New teething toy? Rattle? Cuddly toy? I wouldn’t worry about getting to much xx

You don’t have to do anything for it as like you said they won’t understand. If you want just get them a little ‘My First Christmas’ vest or baby grow or even a stocking that’s all they need. Just a little something☺️
