I don’t know what to call it…

I downloaded this app back when I lived in California with my first son in 2021 and didn’t really get anything out of it. I got back on here after being in Boulder for 2 months and 0 mom friends. Well, I realized how much work it is for me to just converse in messages—asking the right questions, thinking of topics to talk about, sound interesting enough so there’s a greater chance I can meet the mom somewhere hopefully close….. I gave up in like 24 hours… if you’re reading this and we’ve been messaging, I’m apparently rusty at talking to random people online but in person it is so much easier. “It’s not you. It’s me.” I guess what I’m trying to say is I want to cut the small talk and just meet up and wing it in person. 😆
