Switching formulas, help!

Okay so my baby is 8 weeks old currently and has been on a few different formulas..Originally it was Kendamil for about 2 weeks but I couldn't deal with the uncertainty of the stock issues, so she was then on Aptamil for another 2 1/2 weeks, which seemed to give her really bad wind and constipation, so we switched to SMA Little Steps, purely because it was the cheapest and we'd wasted so much formula, and it seemed to work for her, a little bit sicky, but mainly okay, however my partner bought the normal SMA from the shops instead of the other one, so we figured we'd use it as he said they used the same stuff anyway, we got this one yesterday, and she's been sick pretty much every single feed 😭 how long would you give it to see how she is on it, or would you just go back to the one that you feel works the best and waste all the formula?😭

Not a helpful comment but just confirming about SMA. My baby is in a special type of formula (Aptamil Anti Reflux) because he suffers from reflux, but from all of the ones we tried it is the best brand. We started off with SMA and it was the worst. He was vomiting constantly. I have been told SMA is on the lower end of quality and the least favourite for some professionals. Just bear in mind that as long your LO poop doesn't look like M&Ms you are all good. Sometimes they have more solid stools. You can try Cow&Gate. Also all brands have a lone of formulas called Comfort which is for colicky babies and constipated babies. Hope you have it sorted out soon.

We put our girl on little steps and she's been good, but also tried sma pro because we thought it'd be thr same but she threw up after every feed as well x
