What can I feed my little lady who is almost nine months old but still has no teeth? I often blend dinners but she won’t have it! She is ok with pasta and likes soft carrots but I am trying to steer away from the jar food dinners… so hard because she seems fussy! Help please 😇 Picture of my gorgeous girl just because 💗🥰

My little girls favourite it soft broccoli and cucumber with out the skin, even though she hasn’t got teeth she is able to mash a lot with her gums. Tonight she had cheesy bake bean fritters! The solid starts app is really as it tells you how to prep and serve the food if you don’t already have it. She’s so gorgeous xx

@Kirsty thank you 💗💗🥰🥰

My daughter is toothless at 8.5 months. Their gums are surprisingly strong so you can go ahead with foods you’re comfortable giving. She has wheetabix, toast, pastry pinwheels, pasta, potato (mash, chips, wedges), chicken, bolognese, fish, steamed or roasted vegetables.. x

They don’t need teeth! Even if they have teeth, they chew with their gums anyway. As long as the food is soft and in small pieces, it’s all good. For dinner I offer protein (usually tiny cuts of shredded chicken, beef stew, ground beef/turkey, egg), veg (soft carrots, sweet potato, smushed peas, florets of broccoli, heavily steamed green beans) and carb (potato, rice, pasta, toast sticks) - basically serve her whatever you’re already eating yourself

My girl is the exact same!!

My doctor said that her gums may be too sore to chew with as I seemed to be having issues! She’ll have solids when she’s ready! X

She’s gorgeous!!

GIRL - THAT’S ONE MEGA-CUTE BABY!!!

My baby boy is 8.5 months old since when he was ready to eat (4 months old), I've given him steak (he loves it! He doesn't eat the steak but only plays and suck the juice out of it), pasta, scrambled egg, bread, noodles, and vegetables (everything mentioned was made into finger food size from 6.5-7months old, made into puree before 6months old). He was toothless until last week. So don't worry. If your baby is hungry and ready, they will eat whatever you give them. Update: Just some ideas, these are our favourites - boiled vegetables: - zucchini, sweet potatoes, potatoes, pumpkin - meat: steak, lamb cutlets - fruits: mandarin (juice it or put it in a feeder) orange (cut into finger size, they can eat some peels don't worry) watermelon

She is super cute! She looks like she is teething btw.

@Khushbo thank you! 🥰

@Olivia yes she is!
