Canary Islands your best bet. I think Gran Canaria is supposed to be the warmest of the islands x
I’m living in Spain and I always recommend my Uk friends and family to visit in November as for me it’s the most perfect temperature! We live in costa Blanca north in a small village called moraira, it’s absolutely beautiful and 100% recomend it x Temperature will be about mid 20’s in the day x Jeans and t-shirt weather I call it 😊 There is also lots of lovely walking trails with stunning views, and that’s the best time of year to do it x Beaches are quite but still the odd person sun bathing, can get a table in any restaurant without a booking, and the service is always much better that time of year xx Take a look at “ moraira “ or “ javea” javea is more lively and many more things to do, moraira is just 20 minutes away and definitely worth a visit, you wouldn’t regret it 😊

The only places that’s short haul I’d say is Tenerife, maybe Morocco. They’ll be low 20s in the day. If you want hotter it would be a lot further. Have fun 🤪
