I personally had very few side effects. I was put on these every luteal phase while TTC due to recurrent miscarriage and low progesterone. With my 4th pregnancy I stayed on this til around 13 weeks pregnant. As my progesterone still showed low I was on oral too. Again I didn't have negative side effects as I've heard some have. But I was in need of it and OFC I was also pregnant so hard to seperate out symptoms. Anyway, I think it helped me immensely to stay pregnant. I had my daughter after three miscarriages. But I can't attest to if it helps you fall pregnant.

@Natasha that’s so good to hear. I’m quite new to it, it’s my first cycle adding it in and I’ll see on Monday if it’s helped me this cycle. My specialist said that my follicles are dying off too soon due to low Progesterone so I’m hoping it’s helping 🤞🏽 I have noticed a few symptoms but can’t be sure it’s 100% related to this medication alone. Thank you so much 😊

I have been on these for a few cycles, ttc with unexplained infertility. Haven't fallen pregnant whilst using these. But I do normally get symptoms from having higher progesterone when I am on these, they also help lengthen my luteal phase which was 12 and since using these it's been 14. Good luck ✨️🤞

I took x3 of these while TTC the first time around and it was all positive. No side effects other than squatting down in random bathrooms at your scheduled time to insert them haha. It did help and we had a positive pregnancy. How many did your specialist recommend for you hun?

I was on 3x 400mg a day. Symptoms: bloated and constipated. They’re messy and yucky so wear pads! 🩷

@Van how do you determine the scheduled time?
