Plates and Cutlery questions

We currently have: Plastic tommy tippee spoon set (about 4 spoons) Bamboo plate with suction (1) Plastic munchkin bowls with suction (3) We recently got gifted Plastic bowl no suction (1) Plastic plate no suction (1) Metal cutlery set (fork, spoon and knife) My issues: - No suction set we used maybe twice but DS tried to tip it and we mainly use to feed him breakfast ourselves - Munchkin bowls just seem small at the moment? Like its good for snacks like strawberries so he can self feed. Or am I over thinking it? We can just add more food I guess but he tantrums because theres a break in food - Surely the metal cutlery is unsafe still? - Do I need more? Am I missing things? I have also just had another baby so I guess I will need to stock up more. But if my eldest dont need plastic spoons anymore or if munchkin bowls are too small then it's pointless buying more? Idk 🤷‍♀️ 😅

We use the ikea bowls and plates. And use kids metal cutlery, we havnt found them unsafe at all. Tend to use plastic spoons still just as we have so many of them and they are easy for little one to feed himself breakfast x

We started with metal cutlery at 9m.... Suctuonless plates just need a practice, put a couple of pieces of food on it and slowly your LO will learn We started to use porcelain/glass dinnerware, just the small versions to practice

Mine uses small metal cutlery and a small ceramic plate. We've never used suction ones. They just learn not to tip them over the same way they learn everything else really. You've just got to give them a few goes at it. I do have a few plastic spoons but they are harder for her to use if she's feeding herself, so I try to avoid them.
