Smash cake
Hi anyone would like to share what you have in mind for a smash cake? I want him to have a cake for sure but I don’t want him to have any sugar until he is 2 years old. Then I’ll loose him to the sugar 😂😂
Anyway, I have not found a sugar free bakery that doesn’t use sugar substitutes. What are you all doing?

@Anissa this is basically what i’m doing as well but my son is also allergic to eggs & dairy 🙃
I'm getting a normal birthday cake for the photoshoot and for his actual birthday. After that, I'll go back to no sugar
@Anissa omg thank you for this! I think I was thinking of doing my own recipe with some stuff I have read but this is great! I also learned that whipped cream holds its shape longer if you whip it with cream cheese or mascarpone cheese. I think I am going for mascarpone. Thank you!
I've seen people do a watermelon cake instead. Basically shave off the outside and cut the bottom flat and let baby go to town!
