Wow if she didn't know then I'm not sure what advice is best to give. Tell her to lean on friends and family to help and support her.
Remind her there is no book on parenting. Take it one day at a time dont overwhelm yourself . If she feels like things are getting too bad PLEASE reach out for help before it turns into bad post partum depression . Also have her look up free resources/programs in her area that will assist with anything she needs for the baby being as tho this was completely unexpected .Cherish every day every milestone every little thing when it comes to the baby . And remind her life dont stop when you have a child its gets better because now you have someone to share the experience it with ✨✨
