How many weeks are you? First 12-13 I felt like I was dying too 🥲 sometimes the sickness carries all the way through for some people but for most it gets better! pregnancy is really hard. And for some people harder than others, Nobody warns you. Try to be gentle with yourself ❤️ you’re growing a whole human xx

It will get better for some and not as easy for others. If its the sickness try eating in the morning straight away even before getting up ( ginger biscuits do help ). Sometimes literally getting up from bed in empty stomach triggers sickness. If it gets really bad you can always contact triage or something ive heard if its to a really extreme rate they do offer other ways to help you keep hydrated. When it comes to emotions, best thing other than thinking positive i believe is to get yourself busy with things and be distracted. Be easy on yourself x

Go to your GP and ask for anti sickness medication! I literally was so unwell during my pregnancy and was convinced I was overreacting but I ended up going and was given medication that literally changed my life and made me feel somewhat normal. I hated being pregnant, and I was disappointed I felt that way because I was so happy and excited to be pregnant I couldn't believe how much I hated it! It's okay to feel that way though... If it's any consolation, the SECOND my baby was born I felt complete relief as all of my pregnancy symptoms just disappeared.

This charity is amaaazing! I had Hyperemesis and their advice, peer support and counselling services were so good and needed. https://pregnancysicknesssupport.org.uk

It's "normal" for some people. I've had two horrible pregnancies feeling like you do. The sickness usually gets better into the 2nd trimester. Have you seen gp about anti sickness tablets?

I felt like you for the second time they gave me 2 type of antisickness pills, which didn't help. The only thing what helped is salty tomato juice as salty as I could tolerate. Because if you vomiting a lot the salt from your body disappears and you have to increase the intake of salt. Because I only could drink I chose tomato juice to drink with it. Even my mom said I am overreacting I can't feel that bad and laughed. Yes I felt that bad!! Couldn't even wake up from the bed without vomiting straight away. So I always kept a bowl next to my bed.
