Me and all my sisters started off with the banana and apples, my daughter loves both. If possible try getting to spoon that you can put food in and squeeze out while they eat it, it’s a lot easier and less messy

Hey! I’ve been doing it for about a month now prob a little longer. So far she’s done sweet potatoes, carrots, pears! I think I’m going to do bananas next. I use beach nut and I think most are numbered by levels so for 4 & 5 month olds they start on level one. And if that goes well level 2 by six months! Good luck 👍

We started with sweet potato. She tried an avocado tonight but didn’t love it lol. She’s also tried a little banana. We aren’t regularly giving her food but she’s been super interested in it so letting her try a little here and there.

My little one is 5 months and we’ve started with purées and oatmeal, instead of rice cereal. The first we tried was apples, but he loves sweet potatoes. He is super interested in anything we eat, and seems keen to try to feed himself. I did freeze some cubes of sweet potatoes and put one in one of those little silicone feeder things, and that was a big hit. My advice is to pick a flavor you think she might like and just try it. You’ll know if she doesn’t. I’ve discovered mine doesn’t really care for apples and really doesn’t like chicken rice.

Started at 4 months! Ped told us to let her taste everything we are having. Also said it didnt matter if we mixed things.

Yup! We are using the app solid starts to help pick foods too. He is loving it but some foods are definitely messy compared to others. We originally started with sweet potato and banana. Today we gave him a leaf of Romain lettuce to play with/try lol

Havent started yet, waiting for her to sit confident by herself with good hand control. When we start it will be bone broth to prepare her gut for food, look into baby gaps diet or ancestral baby gap diet. Its focused on preparing the baby for food, because for now they’re blank canvas😊

We’re slowly doing some so far she’s been given an Apple, applesauce, carrots, and a green bean. I don’t think she’s actually consumed any just chewed on it or tasted but you have to start somewhere lol

I havnt started with my little one yet but I plan to start with avocado then peas
