I would buy a house with a piece of property and put the rest into some sort of investing accoung
I can’t buy a dream home for 1 million 😂 so
I'd settle debt, invest in a short-term rental property or two, and then buy some land for my family!
I have houses saved on Zoopla ready to buy if I win the lottery but one million isn’t going to help me much in this city. It’ll barely buy a 3 bed terrace house in a crappy area.
Million dollars doesn’t even cover a house here but I’d easily get a mortgage for the rest

Clear my debt, buy more investment properties (2 duplexes) we already have 1, put up maybe $20k for our wedding, then buy a modest home and the rest in savings.
Pay off our farm and car and buy more tools and equipment. I'd also probably get livestock and repair the fences. I'd hire landscaping crew to put in a new yard and clear up some overgrown areas and clear a spot for a garden next spring. Maybe even build a greenhouse. With 1 mil I'd be able to get this farm up and running quite well I think
I’ll buy us a home and then I’ll worry about schooling for when my daughter becomes of age because I want to homeschool and our state doesn’t cover and then whatever is left id buy us a car and save what’s left

Student loans, credit card and then the house.
There's obv other options but four is the limit 🤷♀️ Spending materialistically, saving for your kids future, going to college yourself, buying a car, helping someone in need, etc.
