Potty training and poo

My daughter has been doing amazing with wee for potty training after a rocky start. I’m really struggling with poo, she is reluctant to poo in her nappy and completely refuses to poo on the toilet or potty. It’s so bad to the point we are on 2 movicol sachets a day and she still holds it in! It’s not unusual for her to poo once every 4 days. If we increase the movicol it’s too much for her and gets diarrhoea. Anyone have any tips or advice?

Just at a bit of a loss on where to go. We have tried going through a list of her favourite people and saying they have a poo on the toilet every day, tried reassurance, she is on laxatives, we have tried stories. I’m trying really hard not to make it a big thing but so hard when we get to day 4 and she hasn’t been
