Need to have a pity party.. join me 🥲

I was doing so well and coping so well and then I hit 37 weeks and it’s like it’s all become so overwhelming. I am sooo exhausted but have no time to rest (I have a 1 year old) and I’m barely sleeping between pelvic pain, heartburn and needing to pee. Sitting up is uncomfortable but as soon as I lay down I get heartburn. There’s so much to do but I have no motivation to get any of it done. I’m crying all day because I feel like a bad mum to my little one as I can’t keep up and I’m scared he’s already feeling the changes and baby is not even here yet. Please tell me I’m not alone 🥹

I’m 35 weeks and definitely find this relatable (minus the one year old!). Speak to your midwife about heartburn - mine had my GP prescribe me Omeprazol which has honestly been a game changer! I also had physio for PGP but the best thing I’ve found for it is being in the water at the local swimming pool. It’s tough but hang in there, you are getting so close now 🫶🏼

I'm finding it harder near the end and it's.my first baby so don't know how you're coping with a one year old. You're amazing for managing if it helps to hear that! Not long to go now xxx

I'm 37+2 and struggling this week! I have a 3 year old and feeling Mum guilt this week because I've not been able to do much with him. We've just gotta remember to be kind to ourselves it's so hard being pregnant xx
