Hylands oral pain tablets! Works wonders!! And doesn’t have all the icky/toxic ingredients that anbesol has😬
If the choice is between the powder and the gel, then gel didn’t do anything for us but powder helped.
Only thing that worked for my daughter was the A&P powder, she hates taking any other medication We tried another brand of powder too and it didn’t work as well x

Gel is rubbish it slides away! Anbesol liquid is great as it soaks in quick. But the powder or granules dissolve quite quickly too and is good for generalised treatment, especially in babies too young to have anbesol!
