Duvet/pillow

Following because I also am not sure when to start using one!

I introduced a pillow and duvet just after LO turned 1 one but if you put him underneath the duvet or on the pillow he just rolls out of it and down to the bottom of the cot so I’m not sure if he quite understands what it’s for yet haha x

I've just started using one this week and his sleep has been sooo much better. The first 2 nights he kept coming out of it and sleeping on top but last night he slept brilliantly x

@Beth what set did you buy? I’ve seen some people put the pillow under the sheet too?x

I've left the pillow as normal, he pushes it out the way when he doesn't want it. I brought the duvet and pillow off amazon, a safe night's one and then brought bedding and stuff for it. X

I’m not doing it untill 18+ months we already have his duvet and pillow ready x

Did you go cold turkey and stop using a sleeping bag at the same time? We have had the quilt om the bed for a week now but she wouldn't settle unless still in her sleeping bag so we are looking for tips on how to get out of thd sleeping bag, when not in she just stands and runs around

I’ve not introduced a duvet yet but I have put a pillow underneath her bed sheet so she can’t get under it! She sleeps so much better having something to snuggle on in bed x
