Squatting or bending down

Is it hard for a lot of women at 16 weeks or more to squat or bend down to pick something up? I am having that issue and it’s difficult at my job sometimes. Tips? Advice?

Why is it difficult? Pain?

@Laurel I feel pressure there and it is not comfortable mainly, I’m also smaller too so I’m getting my bump already, so it’s an adjustment

@Shaena Navarro where do you feel the pressure and discomfort?

I’m 15 weeks and I know exactly what you’re talking about it’s like a pumpkin is sitting under my belly button and I hate when I squat down and the pressure is placed there to get up.

@Ashley yeah exactly how I feel too lol it’s a big change and I have to get used to it but it makes things difficult sometimes lol and the sciatica pain too

I think squatting is better than bending though right? I bent down the other day to weed in the garden and when I got up I felt really weird like I’d squashed the baby. Just gonna squat from now on. Good practice for labour too I guess
