Baby led weaning! We meal prep Sundays and introduce one new food daily but keep familiar foods in for at least 3 days
Boiled/steamed apples, apple sauce, avocado slices or mashed, banana slices or mashed, scrambled eggs cut into rectangles the size of a pinky, soft tender meats
Boiled/steamed pears, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes. These are just some of the things we’ve fed him that we just cooked ourselves
Steamed pears, steamed carrots/green beans, steamed butternut squash, and steamed sweet potato…

We use once upon a farm for puffs and snacks and do baby led weaning but I know it’s not for everyone 🫶🏼
