Weeing issues….
Since late 2yo we have been teaching my daughter how to use potty/toilet. And she was doing so well with it. Until recently just before starting nursery we found out she had a UTI and since she has been at nursery she has been having loads of wee accidents.
Does anyone have any tips to encourage her to only do wees in toilet ?
My mum thinks she is doing it for attention seeking.
From what I know, sometimes UTI makes peeing painful/burning. Maybe she’s holding it until she cannot hold it anymore because it hurts? My daughter has always had issues with withholding and having lots of praise and rewards (stickers and tattoos) has helped a lot at first.
