Acupuncture
Anyone done acupuncture throughout pregnancy? I was doing it before (mainly for eczema on my hands which has nearly now gone since being pregnant) I’m a little nervous going with it still being the first trimester but from what I’ve read online it doesn’t cause any harm. Just wondering if anyone else has done it while pregnant?

Acupuncture is magical in general. Love TCM treatment. It shouldn’t harm you or fetus at all
I had it up to 16 weeks then again in last 6 weeks. I swear it made my labour speed up!

I’d never had it until I was pregnant, I suffered with awful sickness and someone recommended acupuncture, it worked a treat!! It won’t cause any harm at all and much better than taking medicine / steroid cream etc xxx
