Post partum rage

Is anyone else experiencing this crazy rage and anger? Specifically single moms… It’s making it hard to bond with my baby although I love her to death. I find myself hitting the wall and screaming into a pillow to try and release all my anger 😂😂 It gets better right?? does medication help? I wanna be HAPPY with my child because she’s seriously amazing

It does get better but if recommend talking to your OBGYN or your baby’s pediatrician they can point you in the right direction as well. You can only keep your baby happy and healthy as long as you are. You got this mama 💕

I feel you, I dealt with this with my daughter and I changed my depression medication and now with my son, I am dealing with it, one thing the nurse told me to breathe and make sure you get the right medication to help you. Asking for help is never a wrong thing

I've been there with my twins and I have a husband. I can only imagine being a single mother. It eventually does get better but try to find ways to care for yourself. While their sleeping draw a warm bath. Look for other moms with kids same age that you can do things with together. Whatever you do, please put yourself first because you cannnot pour from an empty cup

@Kyra thank you ❤️

@Denise thank you I will take your advice ❤️❤️

Single mom here, it SUCKSSSS

Yesterday I almost broke my dishes because Bank of America wouldn’t let me speak to a person 😅😅😅🤣🤪

You need to reach in deeper than you think is humanly possible. Do whatever you have to do to be happy AND there for your baby. She desperately needs you more than you can ever begin to quantify. Don't look for outside validation unless it's from a trusted therapist, someone guaranteed not to spill your business. Do what needs to be done, within reason. Damn what others say if you and your child are healthy, happy, growing mentally, spiritually, emotionally and all spheres of space and time than you're rocking Mama. Wear that label with pride. I'm all about looking forward to being a Matriarch.

@Roxy stoppp I have bank of america too they’re the worst

I did with my second child

Isn’t the wide range of feelings INSANE?! It absolutely gets better….. with a bit of sleep ;)

Yep. I have a 19m old and it’s brutal. I hate myself and everyone lol
