I started making meal prep stuff in the last 2 months or so of my pregnancy. Freezer meals are ‘only good for 3 months’ but I always stretch that haha. I made some crockpot dump meals, like chili and butter chicken. I also made pies (beef and chicken/corn), lasagna, shepherds pie, marinated a bunch of chicken breast and thighs. Bolognese sauce. I made beef and barley soup, bone broth, chicken noodle soup. Egg bites, energy balls, oatmeal bars/bites/cookies for lactation. My freezer is FULL. But, with my first, I didn’t do any meal prep at all and I really regretted it.. this time I’m not making the same mistake.
