Same following for ideas. We usually rotate sandwiches jacket potato or omlette and toast and weetabix ready break or shredded wheat x and fruit every day mainly the same fruit
Same! And my daughter has milk and egg allergies, so it's so hard to come up with new ideas

This morning we had baked pancakes Which I like because I can make them the night before and reheat in the morning 1/2 cup oats Small spotty banana (or half a large spotty banana 1 tablespoon ground chia soaked in 3tbsp water for a few minutes [can substitute for 1 egg large if you like] 1/4 cup milk of choice 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/2 tsp baking soda Optional: 2-3 dates for sweetness or 1tbsp sweetener of choice 1/2 cup blueberries (or mix in of choice) Blend all but the blueberries in the blender until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Pour into a lightly greased pan (I use an 9x9 or 8x8) Bake at 350F for 18-25 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean)
