Definitely 5 months on the 3rd Oct. There aren't 4 weeks in every month so you can't count in weeks if that makes sense. It's recommended to wean from 6 months which would be Nov.
I'm counting by a actual weeks. If I went by calendar then my 17 week old baby would only be 3 and a half months. At this age, 3 weeks is a huge developmental difference! Once she gets to 6 months I'll probably stay saying calendar months I think

It's really difficult to work out how you need to calculate it 😫 I'm not even sure if the 4 month sleep regression is 16 weeks or 4 calendar months. With weaning I'm gonna wait until she's around 6 months and actually wanting food because she might not even start showing interest until about 7 months
5 months on 3rd October. It's your choice with weaning my little one is 6 months 1 October and will wait till then or even slightly after he isn't really showing signs of being interested as of yet
